Employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Getting to test ride the bikes was amazing. Prices were very reasonable. I came down from Statesboro and would make the drive again, anytime. My new bike is so great, I’m riding it around Savannah now before I head back.

Lovely humans open to listening and learning about your needs. I really enjoyed the wind in my armpits on the hottest day of my life. My only disappointmment is that they don't have an after hours drop off. I feel like if rental cars can do that, hmmm? Great bikes, fair prices, wonderful way to see the city!

Ron was a masterful tour guide who made our bike tour the most interesting day on our Savannah trip. His background as a teacher was so evident, and he made what could have been an uncomfortable experience of exploring a city with a complicated history with others of very differing politics into a smooth, friendly, richly-crafted tour. He also did a great job building our confidence in exploring the city solo on bikes after the tour. Staff at the store was friendly and informative, and bikes were in great shape and well maintained. I wish we had done the tour earlier in our trip, because the bikes e-bikes were an incredible way to get around Savannah and we would have ultimately saved money on ubering had we rented them for multiple days. This experience changed the way will explore new cities, and I would 100% recommend for all ages and fitness levels.

We attended a bike tour with Melissa and she was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. She made sure everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the ride. I loved how she blended local history, biology, ghost stories, and stories about influential women into the tour. Their bikes are very comfortable and easy to ride. We LOVE all her restaurants recommendations. Highly recommend!

Melissa was amazing! Our plane landed early we just missed the early tour! She let us have the bikes early to tour on our own until our 1:30 tour started. Daniel was such a good guide, throughly enjoy the guided tour the volume of in formation was amazing! Highly recommend to any visitor!! 5 stars!!

What an amazing value. Ron was our guide and he knew everything about this wonderful historic place called Savannah. The bike tour was the best way to see this place, and our bikes were perfect. The audio was easy to understand and we had lots of time for pictures and questions. Then getting to keep the bikes afterwards was icing on the cake. We got to ride around for hours, have a great lunch and revisit some of the beautiful spots. This was among the top tours we've ever done. All staff was friendly, Professional and helpful. Thank you so much!!

I had a great experience renting an e-bike from Savannah on Wheels. Mellisa, the owner, was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly informative. She walked me through how the e-bike works, suggested scenic routes (outlined the city map with slower/easier blocks in one color and then busier streets with another color). She shared tips for the best viewpoints and safety. The bike was well-maintained, comfortable, and easy to ride, even for some of the group being new to e-bikes. The whole rental process was quick and hassle-free, with clear pricing and helpful local recommendations. If you’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused regular and e-bike rental in Savannah, this is the place to go, we had a blast!

I recently rented an e-bike from Savannah on Wheels, and Mellisa made all the difference. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the bike’s features and local routes.
