Bike Tour FAQ
Do you have bike tour questions? We have answers! You can find helpful information on our bike rentals here.
1. What Is Included on the Bike Tour?
2. What Times Are Your Tours Offered?
Saturday 9:30am and 12:00pm
3. What TIme Should I Arrive?
Ideally, we like everyone to arrive 15 minutes before a tour starts. We strive to get underway on time, so we appreciate it if you can try to keep to the allotted tour time. Please use the restroom prior to your arrival. We do not have a public restroom onsite. The tour will stop about halfway through for a restroom break.
If you are running late please call us to let us know and we will do our best to hold up the tour for a reasonable period of time.
4. How Long Is the Tour?
5. Do You Offer Private Tours?
Yes! The cost is $50 per person. Call us to book!

Exit at the Hall Street stop and head west on Hall Street (away from the park) and we are just a few blocks west in between Montgomery Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
13. What Is Your Cancellation/Refund/Rain Policy?
We do experience the occasional shower here in Savannah, but a complete washout is rare. If it is raining on the day of your tour, we encourage you to bring a poncho or purchase one from our shop. If your tour has been cancelled, you will receive notification at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. A little rain can result in a lot of fun, so if it's sprinkling out and you haven't received a text, the tour is on! In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will reschedule the tour if possible, but if the tour is unable to be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time, we will refund the full price of the tour.
14. What Is Your Safety Policy?
Each customer is responsible for maintaining their own safety at all times. Savannah On Wheels will not be liable for any injuries caused to a customer unless it is as a result of negligence on our part. By agreeing to take part in the tour, all customers are agreeing to follow the safety instructions given by the guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst cycling. If a participant is unable to ride a bicycle safely, the tour leader may ask the person to stop riding. No refund will be given.
