Delivery service is available as early as 10:30am. If reserving within 24Hrs please call us at 912.777.4620 to confirm availability

Cancellation Policy

A booking may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior the rental reservation. No refund will be offered within 24 hours prior to the reservation date. If you need to miss your reservation for any reason with advanced notice, we will gladly move your reservation to another day where we have availability. Refunds will not be offered to customers who fail to turn up for their reservation on the designated date.

We do experience the occasional shower here in Savannah, but a complete washout is rare. If it is raining on the day of your reservation, we encourage you to bring a poncho or purchase one from our shop. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will work with you to adjust your reservation as needed.

Riding and Operations Policy

By booking a bike tour or rental with Savannah on Wheels, you are confirming that everyone in your party can ride and operate a bicycle (exceptions noted for children riding in child carrier, child seat, and or cargo bike (Yuba)). A reservation confirms that all members of your party understand that bike tours and bike rentals take place on quiet city streets, occasionally within or alongside slow-moving vehicular traffic, and that all are comfortable and confident riding in such an environment. A reservation confirms that all members of your party agree to arrive for their tour or rental reservation unimpaired by alcohol or drugs, and will also refrain from using these substances during their reservation.
