1. WHAT IS INCLUDED ON YOUR BIKE RENTALS?
All rentals include bike of your choosing, helmets (required for those under age 16, bike lock, and a map.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR BIKE RENTAL PRICES?
Price varies upon bike type and rental period. See our reserve online page to see prices.
3. WHAT KIND OF BIKES DO YOU OFFER ON YOUR RENTAL?
We offer a great variety, from single and multi-speed cruisers, to fitness bikes, road, mountain, kid carriages, tandem and the FUN electric bikes (note that riders must have at least a learner’s permit (age 16 or older) to ride electric bikes.
4. DO I HAVE TO RESERVE ONLINE OR I CAN JUST WALK IN?
Walk-ins are welcome, however we cannot guarantee availability. You may also reserve online.
5. DO YOU OFFER BIKE DELIVERY?
Yes, we do offer delivery for traditional bikes, please call for pricing. Also, please check your location in relation to ours; you might be closer to our store than you think.
6. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located on beautiful Forsyth Park, on the corner of Whitaker Street and West Gwinnett Street. We are minutes away by foot from most Bed and Breakfasts. We also have a downtown location at 30 W York Street, less than 1/2 mile from River Street and just blocks from City Market, Broughton Street, and many of the Downtown hotels and accommodations.
7. DO YOU OFFER WEEKLY RENTALS?
Yes, you may choose "Full Week" option when reserving online or feel free to call us at (912) 777-4620 to reserve. It is required that bike is kept inside during the night. Weekly rentals get the 6th and 7th day FREE!
8. WHAT IS YOUR BIKE RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY?
A booking may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior the rental reservation. No refund will be offered within 24 hours prior to the reservation date. If you need to miss your reservation for any reason with advanced notice, we will gladly move your reservation to another day where we have availability. Refunds will not be offered to customers who fail to turn up for their reservation on the designated date.
We do experience the occasional shower here in Savannah, but a complete washout is rare. If it is raining on the day of your reservation, we encourage you to bring a poncho or purchase one from our shop. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will work with you to adjust your reservation as needed.
