2023 Last Stop Loved Cupid Ride
The second annual Last Stop Loved Cupid Ride is coming up on February 11, 2023, and we need your support! The Last Stop Loved Cupid Ride is a police-escorted, 5-mile bicycle ride through Savannah’s Historic District to raise money and awareness for Georgia Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Relocation (GRRR). GRRR is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization that serves Savannah and the surrounding counties. Their program, Last Stop Loved finds homes and provides medical care for medically challenged senior dogs who have been abandoned. The name Last Stop Loved represents a final place where these pups can find incredible love and caring as they spend their last days on earth. Money raised for Last Stop Loved will directly benefit GRRR’s efforts to care for these canine babies. Cupid-themed attire is encouraged! The event will feature a food truck, live music, and raffles to win prizes, including a free bike from Savannah On Wheels! Bikes are available for rent for the duration of the ride. We had a great turnout in our inaugural year this year and we’re hoping to surpass that in 2023. We hope you can join us!

Fur Baby Needs a Forever Home!
We found it only fitting at this time of year to shine a spotlight on this sweet little muffin, Holly. Holly was rescued by Georgia Rescue, Rehabilitation and Relocation (GRRR) from Chatham County Animal Services on Christmas Eve. You can see from this senior lady’s smile that she has a lot of love and, after her dental work next week, she’ll be ready to find her forever home! She is approximately nine years old and is very sweet and good natured. Check out GRRR’s website and social media for more information about Holly and the great work that GRRR does in the Savannah area. And be sure to join us on February 11th for our Last Stop Loved Cupid Ride to raise money and awareness for GRRR so they can continue to help these babies.
